Welcome to the Green Pill Podcast

Welcome to the Green Pill Podcast, where we make health simple for everyday people.

I'm your host, Alex Shinkarovsky, a health consultant and advocate for holistic well-being. Throughout my career, I have helped countless clients regain control of their habits and routines, guiding them towards becoming 1% better every day through wearable devices and accountability. Now, I'm excited to bring that expertise and passion to this podcast series.

In the Green Pill Podcast, we aim to empower individuals to take control of their well-being, from individual actions to national policy.  I believe many of the issues in our country stem from a lack of health.  Our mission is to make health simple and clear for everyday people, bridging the gap between complex health information and actionable steps. We want to provide practical guidance and expert insights that can transform lives.

To achieve this, we have invited a diverse range of guests to share their work and their "why" with us. Our lineup includes philanthropists, medical doctors, athletes, investors, PhDs, and entrepreneurs, each contributing their unique perspectives and expertise to our discussions. Together, we will explore the cutting-edge advancements in their respective fields and uncover what most people may not understand about specific areas on health.

Throughout the podcast, we will delve into a wide range of topics. We will explore food and hunger policy, the concept of food-as-medicine, optimal nutrition, genetics, wearable devices, digital health, gut health and microbiome, immune health, forever chemicals and environmental toxins, skin care & endocrine disrupters, air quality, noise pollution, and much more.

Each episode will uncover the latest research, debunk myths, and address common health concerns. Our goal is to provide both practical guidance and high-level thought leadership that can empower our listeners to make informed choices about their health and well-being.

One of the key aspects we will focus on is the influence of individual actions on broader societal impact. Our guests will share the actions they have taken to influence their loved ones and communities to prioritize health and well-being. We will delve into the challenges they have faced and the strategies they have employed to bring about positive change.

Together, we will explore the question: What actions can we each take to contribute to the health of ourselves, our families, and our communities?

I firmly believe that small, consistent steps can make a significant impact. Whether it's simple lifestyle adjustments or advocating for policy changes, we will explore tangible ways to improve the well-being of not just ourselves but also those around us. The Green Pill Podcast will serve as a platform for sharing ideas, insights, and strategies, providing our listeners with practical tools they can implement in their own lives.

As we embark on this transformative journey together, I invite you to join us on the Green Pill Podcast. Tune in on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Soundcloud, YouTube, or your favorite podcast platform. Be prepared to be inspired, informed, and empowered by our expert guests and their valuable contributions.

Remember, health is not a solitary endeavor.

We are social animals, and it is a collective journey. Together, we can create a ripple effect of positive change in our own lives and the world around us. Let's simplify health, empower individuals, and make a positive impact on the well-being of ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities, one green pill at a time.

The Green Pill Podcast is not just about disseminating information; it's about fostering a sense of community and shared responsibility for our well-being.

In line with our mission, we have reached out to a number of esteemed guests to join us on the podcast.

For example, we have episodes lined up with Dr. Adam Batineh, a wearable health-tech device expert, Kiva Dickison, Venture Capitalist and Founder of Selva Ventures, which invests in early-stage healthy food cos, Dr. Michael Broder, a media psychology professor at Villanova and former WWDB Radio Philly host, and Andres Preschel, an applied physiologist and top 5% health podcaster, among others. These experts will share their expertise on various topics, including food as medicine, philanthropy, emotional health, and more.

One of our recent invitations was extended to a large philanthropic organization focused on food-as-medicine and food security. We are extremely passionate about the work they are doing, and we believe that their message deserves a wider audience. Our upcoming episode will delve into the importance of making health policy mainstream and simple for everyday people. We will explore topics such as food as medicine, philanthropy, and the impact of individual and collective responsibility on health decisions.

We have also sent an invitation to a few health leaders in the personal development space.  One is an influential figure who is known for speaking out about emotional health. We strongly believe in the power of sharing personal stories and leading by example. Our conversation  will revolve around the challenges men face in discussing their feelings, the role of philanthropy in promoting emotional well-being, and the importance of setting an example for loved ones and communities.

It is indeed challenging for individuals to take action and prioritize their health. Delayed gratification is not always rewarded, and the difficult part is often getting started. However, through the Green Pill Podcast, we aim to inspire and motivate our listeners to take those initial steps towards a healthier lifestyle. By providing practical guidance, debunking myths, and addressing common health concerns, we want to make health accessible and understandable for everyday people.

Health is not an isolated pursuit; it is a collective journey. Together, we can create a ripple effect of positive change. We encourage our listeners to actively engage with us and share their stories, questions, and experiences. We want the Green Pill Podcast to be a platform for dialogue, support, and inspiration.

So, join me on this exciting journey as we make health easy to understand.

Remember, health is a gift we can give ourselves and our communities. Let's make health simple and clear for everyday people like you.

Together, we can create a healthier and happier society.
